Orders are confirmed only after direct communication with Sweet 316.

This product was made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Mississippi State Department of Health.

Storage and Consumption

Store cake jars in a cool, dry place.

Cake jars can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 days. On day 3, refrigerate for up to one week. Bring to room temperature before serving.

For best flavor, consume cakes within one week.

Cake jars are best enjoyed at room temperature.

Photography & Media

Sweet 316 may photograph products for marketing and promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media pages.

If customers submit photos, reviews, or tag Sweet 316 on social media, Sweet 316 may repost or share that content unless the customer requests otherwise.

Customers may request removal of shared content at any time by contacting us.

Ownership of Goods

Ownership of products purchased from Sweet 316 transfers to the customer at the time of pickup or delivery (if applicable).

Once the order has been picked up, the customer assumes responsibility for the product, including proper storage, handling, and transportation.

Sweet 316 is not responsible for damage, spoilage, or loss after the product has been picked up.
